Vurderte en kevlar-armidplate, men ettersom min første splitter snart har vart i tre år, prøver jeg meg nok en gang på CF :) Om den ikke holder ut sesongen får vi vel gå over på noe sterkere. Skal tilpasse den i løpet av uka, slik at fronten blir klar for kjøring!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bobilen er også godt i gang nå, reisverket til badet er oppe, kjøkkenet begynner å komme på plass, og i tillegg så er halve gulvet lagt. Her hadde vi et kakelotteri for å få igang klubbkassa, og kunne høste mange fornøyde smil fra barn som fikk prøvesitte seven'en! I tillegg ble det en del bilprat, og en kan bli overrasket over hvor mange bilinteresserte det er på Skedsmo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Volvoen står litt stille pga. en hektisk skoledag, men har likevel fått sveiset feste til kompressoren, til å ha under skapet, og dette tenkte jeg å prøvemontere i løpet av kvelden. Skal også hente 2x200l tanker til henholdsvis ferskvann, og gråvann. I tillegg er i all hovedsak alle hyllene og skuffene som skal danne verkstedet bakerst satt opp. Interiøret blir ikke påbegynt før SVV har godkjent bilen, og skrevet ned totalvekten til 7499kg(dette ville de ikke gjøre i utgangspunktet, men Samferdselsdep. var behjelpelige med å formulere en klage). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det skal virkelig bli deilig å få med seg alt verktøyet og reservedelene i organisert form, og i tillegg slippe å rydde ut av bilen etter hvert løp! For å kunne være et racing team med det utstyret som kreves har vi sett oss nødt til å kjøpe inn en lastebil, for å kunne ha bekvemelig bofasiliteter, samt frakte alt av utstyr og dekk i bilen. Denne er under bygging i vinter, og vil stå klar til våren 2010. Det ble tre 4.plasser, og en 5.plass, og synes det burde gått bedre denne helgen. Ble knapt med trening på fredag, og litt dårlig grep på lørdagen. Likevel ga jeg meg ikke uten kamp, og jeg og Ådne Halstenrud hadde mang en fight både i 1. og 2. finale! Og jaggu stod jeg! :D Så nå er det kun å få solgt DAF'en, før en ny teamlastebil skal stå på gårdsplassen. Det var fryktelig morsomt å kjøre hos RBT på kløfta, og den skolen kan anbefales for andre som fort og billig vil få C-lappen!&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rudskogen ble dessverre et tragisk arrangement, riktignok ikke for min del da jeg fikk en 3. og 2. plass i første finale, men for arrangørens del da det ganske enkelt aldri ble noen 2. finale... En tur med både oppturer og nedturer, men vi dro hjem med en god følelse. Dessverre ødela de såkalte "Legend Cup" bilene en god del av helgen, men etter mye påpass av dommerne ble det skikk på de. De ser vi nok lite til neste år, regner jeg med!&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Uansett, første trening gikk utmerket, og jeg dro i land en 1.tid som var helt OK(1.16.xxx). Hadde store ambisjoner for tidkjøringen, men der endte jeg dessverre på en 3.plass grunnet litt dårlig feste, men av et startfelt på 28 personer synes jeg det var helt okei. 1. finale derimot, så ble det et uhell. Rullet en eller to cm frem iløpet av de siste 15 sekundene før start, og ble idømt stop&amp;amp;go. Havnet da på 19.plass 2. runde, og fikk kjørt meg opp til en 12.plass. 2. finale gikk relativt bra, satte 2.bestetid(2 tideler fra banerekord, 1.15.2xx) og kjørte meg opp til 6.plass. Ble litt trang oppkjøring med alle LegendCup bilene vi tok igjen, hadde jeg hatt tre-fire runder til skulle jeg klart 3.plassen.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;MEN! Endelig fikk vi en helg blottet for tekniske problemer, og dette satser vi på at vil holde seg resten av sesongen nå. Men etterhvert har vi forstått at om vi skal kunne drive et ordentlig team, og ha med oss det vi trenger av utstyr og reservedeler for å alltid kunne takle selv de største problemer, så må vi gå opp i størrelse.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Jeg begynte for to ukers tid siden opplæring på klasse C førerkort på RBT AS på kløfta, og i dag bestod jeg teorien! :) Så nå er det kun et lass med obligatoriske kjøretimer og kurs, før jeg har lappen på tung lastebil. Stian Sørlie ratte også den nye M3'n sin med kompressor fra GS Bildeler, den så ut til å gå fælt!&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Og på standen til Gundersen Motorsport fant jeg også noen rimelige panserlåser, så jeg slipper å stripse igjen bakenden på panseret som jeg har gjordt de siste årene. Desverre ble kompisen min no fryktelig solbrent utover dagen, så det ble en tidlig slutt på dagen i 3-tia, selv om vi hadde fått med oss en god del. NM runde overstått!</title><content type='html'>Da er første løp på vålerbanen ferdig. Syntes det ble en kjapp og hektisk helg, skulle ønske vi kunne kjørt litt på søndagen også. Kom oss litt sent opp, så rakk kun ett treningsheat på fredagen, men siden alle andre heatene gikk på vått var det vel ikke akkurat noe stort tap.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Under tidkjøringen fant jeg ut at vi plutselig manglet noe som heter lading... Så bilen begynte etterhvert å fjuske, og det holdt ikke til bedre enn en 8.plass. Egentlig skulle jeg vært på vålerbanen i dag og trent, men det er det dessverre ikke tid til pga. en hektisk skolegang... Derfor blir fredagen en real ildprøve, forhåpentligvis sitter alle slanger på plass! Silikonslangene er også i hus, så de skal jeg forsøke å få bytta på onsdag kveld, eller torsdag. Jeg og Kristine skrudde helt til klokka to natt til søndag for å få bilen ferdig, men utrolig nok ble vi ferdige. Vi var temmelig nervøse når vi fyrte opp bilen på Gardermoen, blå røyk og vann ut av potta, i tillegg til en rykende eksospotte. Heldigvis ga alt dette seg(var nok motoren som ikke likte gammel bensin), og motoren duret etterhvert perfekt på tomgang.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Fikk kjørt to treningspass, hvor alt egentlig fungerte helt tipp topp, eneste er forbremsene som må overhales, bremser fryktelig lite på venstre fordekk nå. Kjøringa teknisk gikk temmelig bra den også, reiv en kjegle i treningsheatet, men vant klassen min, og satte bestetid, på 1.04.91. Vi er fornøyde! Brettet kabelnettet ut over motoren, koblet alle sensorer(bortsett fra impulsgiveren til tenningen, når jeg tenker meg om), releer og hele pakka. Koblet forsiktig og pent på minus og plusspolen, vred om tenningsnøkkelen og jaggu begynte ikke bensinpumpa å gå! Laptimeren skrudde seg riktignok ikke på, så der har jeg vel glemt en kabel et sted. Kabelmessig mangler jeg kun å koble på baklysene, samt alle bryteren, og selvsagt teste at alt fungerer.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Forhåpentligvis skal nye silikonslanger til vannsystemet være på vei i posten snart, så vi får fyllt på alle vitale væsker på motoren. Mangler fremdeles å skru på den siste oljeslangen, og fylle olje, men det nærmer seg med stormskritt! Mellomakselen er på plass, med nye 12.9 unbrakoskruer, og ledningsnettet ser endelig(!) ut til å være ferdig. Stakk innom nærmeste jernvare i dag tidlig, og utrolig nok hadde de M6 unbrakoskrue i 12.8(!) styrke. Hvis boltene ryker, så kommer det til å være den siste. Så, da fikk jeg satt på plass den siste fjæra, og clutchdekselet istad, motorfestet over clutchhuset, og en oljekobling. Har funnet ut at oljeslangene er et så omfattende system, at jeg må finne noen tidligere bilder for å finne ut hvor alle kablene skal gå...&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;På trekkvogna(DAF'en) fikk jeg i dag reparert to av 1000-meterne, etter et ublidt møte med en brøytekant tidligere i vinter. Byttet ut to av de knuste glassene, med klare LEXAN-glass, så de knuser aldri igjen. I tillegg fikk jeg også satt inn et vindu bak i bodelen, og montert låselister på alle vinduene på førersiden. Etter overhaling av clutch(hvor jeg &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;selvfølgelig&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style=""&gt; knakk bolten til den ene fjæra), og litt triksing og miksing med jekker og motorkraner, fikk jeg og Kristine endelig motoren på plass. Må rikitgnok rekvirere en ny bolt i morgen, og få satt på plass clutchdekselet, men ellers har vi kommet relativt langt. De fleste oljeslangene kom på plass, bortsett fra en som var litt &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic;"&gt;vel&lt;/span&gt; trang å få på, som må "modifiseres". Radiatoren ble koblet på(trass i at jeg skal bytte ut slangene til silikonslanger), og det ble innstallert en ny vanntemperatursensor, som vi hadde en del trøbbel med sist sesong. Forhåpentligvis får jeg motoren startklar i løpet av uka, men innen mars er nok håpløst. Seven'en ble lasta opp på hengeren, og dratt med bort på selvvasken på nærmeste statoil. Endelig ble hele bilen høytrykkspylt, og -all- olje er nå nede i Statoil's saneringsanlegg, og i tillegg fikk den seg en god shine utenpå også. Nå er det opp til motorport og hente clutch i morgen, så skal den monteres lørdag kveld, sammen med motoren, og de nye oljeslangene. Men plutselig slo det meg; jeg må jo vaske motorrommet! Vel, det skulle jo ikke være noe problem, laste opp seven på henger, og stikke innom nærmeste selvvask, men neida. For i går raste all snøen på garasjetaket ned, og det var nok til å presse inn porten, og iallefall utelukke all flytting av seven! Så med en gang etter skolen i dag så ble det snømåking, snømåking, snømåking... Nå er endelig alt borte(iallefall nok til å slepe den ut), så blir det vask og shining på onsdag... Og på lørdag kommer Kristine, og da skal vi sette inn motor! Med andre ord må jeg montere oljeslanger, hente clutch, montere clutch(og den må funke!), og vaske den før fredag. Den har jo trossalt rullet over 184.000km, hvorav de fem siste tusen i mitt eie. Tviler sterkt på at noen av de siste eierne har tatt så mye vare på bilen(bortsett fra å holde oljen over min-merket), så nå skal jeg ta en fullservice! Har fått tak i verkstedmanualen til bilen, som beskriver hele 83 punkter jeg må igjennom... Dette kommer til å ta tid med andre ord. 10 liters dunk med olje(oljesystemet er jo på noe så lite som SJU liter!), og nytt oljefilter, som skal byttes i morgen, om tiden strekker til. Så skal alle tre reimene foran på motoren skiftes ut i løpet av neste uke også, men det ser veeeeeeldig trangt ut imellom radiatoren og motor'n. Clutchen ble demontert torsdag morgen, og her var det mye morro å se... Trodde det holdt å bytte lameller, men neida, samtlige stålplater var blåfarga... Rart den slura på strekka? Så nå er nye bestilt fra Belgia, så vi får alle gampene ned på bakhjula, og forhåpentligvis en litt lavere oljetemperatur. Har også fått kjøpt nytt oljefilter til vann/oljekjøleren, så nå stiller vi med full filtrering, og forhåpentligvis litt bedre flow i systemet. Nå er det bare koseskruing, som bytte av oljefilter, montere coiler, kabelnett etc. før vi får satt den inn. Men! GSHydro har hatt litt problemer med de forskjellige slangeniplene som er på bilen, så derfor må jeg opp dit i dag med hele motoren, for å få lagd til de nye oljeslangene i stål. Disse blir riktignok laget på dagen(nesten), så de bør være ferdige, og på plass, innen neste uke. Valget falt på den nokså ukjente DAF VH435, en lekker traver fra 1992, som vil skille seg ut både på veien, og i depot! Med en dravillig 2,5tdi, som har fått både intercooler og nytt eksosanlegg skal det heller ikke bli en sinke i trafikken. I tillegg har vi fått tak i en enakslet bilhenger. Denne er riktignok uten kapell, så vårmånedene skal brukes på å anskaffe aluminiumsplater til denne, og bygge kapell. Eksosanlegget ble aldri helt ferdig wrappet ifjor, vi fikk dekket hele eksosanlegget, men kun litt under halve manifoilen... Siden motoren snart skal inn(og jeg kommer ikke til å orke å wrappe det mens det sitter PÅ motoren), så tenkte jeg at det skulle bli gjordt idag... Det gikk med en hel rull, på røret fra sylinder 1, og der hvor alle fire rørene samles. I tillegg fikk jeg retta ut flensen til det bakre eksosanlegget, her har jeg slitt med eksoslekkaskje i iallefall èn sesong. Nå ser det ut til at jeg kun trenger en pakning, så bør det bli temmelig tett.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;I tillegg fikk jeg rensa opp alt oljesølet fra motorbyttet i verkstedet, og rydda litt i verktøyskuffen. Og jaggu fikk jeg det til! Vingen blei skamtøff(og åpna for nye plasser for sponsormerker), og det virker som den sitter temmelig godt fast. Gleder meg som en unge til å teste den på Rudskogen!&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ellers ble lørdagen brukt til å besøke &lt;a href="http://www.gatebil.no"&gt;Gatebilmessa i Lillestrøm&lt;/a&gt;, med Kristine og familien, og her var det masse MC, og lite bil. Heldigvis interesserer begge meg, så kikka masse på ATV'er, lette etter en Honda Blackbird(som jeg ikke fant), og ble temmelig imponert av BMW K1300S... Den var rå! Bil-hallen var preget av litt sporadisk plasserte prosjektbiler, hvorav de aller fleste var temmelig rå, her lå det mange timers arbeid bak... KTM hadde også en tøff bil der, i karbonfiber, som visstnok skulle klare 0-200 på rundt 8-9 sekunder. Hva klarer Seven'en, mon tro? Fra &lt;a href="http://www.dioder.no/"&gt;dioder.no&lt;/a&gt; har jeg fått to LED-baklys, like moderne som formene på det nye karosseriet, og i tillegg bør de lyse temmelig bra for de bak. Festene bak var litt for små, så fikk kappa to biter karbonfiber, fra HPC, til å passe pent over den originale glassfiberen. Tviler på at de kommer på bilen i dag, men forhåpentligvis før neste uke. Motor på overhaling, oljeslanger under produksjon, panser under produksjon, og bilen... tja, den får stå i fred. For å varme opp litt til sesongen, var jeg i går med og kjørte for Compass Racing, i bedriftsturneringen på Harald Huysman Karting. Heldigvis ikke med så mye rattrust, var kun 3 uker siden sist gang jeg tok et heat der(og kun en uke siden jeg kjørte på Team 13 i Gøteborg), så løpet gikk tålig bra. Vi havna tilslutt på en 5 plass, hvor vi holdt 4 plassen til siste runde! Jeg fikk også bestetiden innad i teamet, på 27.230, var i tillegg bestetid i 3-4 runder, før noen andre kom seg helt ned på 27.095. Jeg fikk sølv sammenlagt i Norgescupen for Racing Junior, og i tillegg kunne jeg innkassere gullmedaljen i KNA-mesterskapet for Racing Junior.
